Genpact is also conscious and committed to delivering high quality services to ensure we have‘ skin in the game’ and put 10% of service charges in the risk and reward approach.

Risk-free transition to new operating model – Our engagement ensures you experience business as usual during the transition of services from in-house or existing partner teams to Genpact with zero interruption. Our partnership will ensure we successfully decouple processes and systems from current language constraints.
3. Growth led partner –We are deeply focused on developing our partnership for the growth and success of UGI. Our solution is rooted in an engineering-first philosophy, ensuring scalability from the outset. Generative AI and automation are pivotal to our strategy in this partnership.
